摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着矿产资源的不断开采，矿山固体废弃物的产生量和贮存量逐年增加。为了解决矿山固体废物所带来的资源浪费、环境污染以及安全隐患等问题，我国出台了一系列的法律、法规、政策、标准规范等，引领与规范矿山固体废弃物的资源化利用，提高矿山固体废弃物的综合利用率。通过对我国矿山固体废弃物综合利用相关法律、法规、政策等进行梳理，以期推进矿山固体废弃物的综合利用和安全处置。

Abstract: With the continuous exploitation of mineral resources，the production and storage of mine solid waste are increasing year by year. In order to solve the problems of resource waste，environmental pol⁃ lution and safety hazards caused by mine solid waste，China has issued a series of laws，regulations，poli⁃ cies，standards and norms to lead and standardize the resource utilization of mine solid waste and improve the comprehensive utilization rate of mine solid waste. In order to promote the comprehensive utilization and safe disposal of mine solid waste，the relevant laws，regulations and policies of comprehensive utiliza⁃ tion of mine solid waste in China are sorted out.
