摘要: 为了提高矿料的正常运输效率,针对输送机在有限空间工况下,皮带因单边受料不 均跑偏,导致皮带磨损快及发生撕裂的问题,设计了一种能够抵消单边受料不均的辅助装置,并对 该辅助装置进行了理论分析及应用前后的效果对比。对比结果表明:该防跑偏自动纠偏辅助装置 能够抵消皮带受力不均的缺陷,保证皮带不跑偏,且可应用于工况恶劣的皮带输送机,保障生产稳 定顺行。

Abstract: In order to improve the normal transportation efficiency of the mineral aggregate,aiming at the problem that the belt wears fast and tears due to the uneven running deviation of the belt due to the uneven feeding of conveyors in limited space conditions,an auxiliary device that can offset the uneven feed⁃ ing of the unilateral side is designed,and the auxiliary device is theoretically analyzed,the effect before and after application is compared.The comparison results show that the anti-deviation automatic deviation correction auxiliary device can offset the defect of uneven stress of the belt,ensure that the belt does not de⁃ viate,and can be applied to the belt conveyor with bad working conditions to ensure stable and smooth pro⁃ duction.
