马尾山铜锌铅银硫多金属矿铜浮选试验研究

Experimental Study on Flotation of Copper Ore in Maweishan Cu-Zn-Pb-Ag-S Polymetallic Ore

摘要: 为了提高马尾山铜锌铅银硫多金属矿矿石的综合利用率,针对矿石中有用矿物嵌布 粒度不均匀、单体解离不一,导致选矿回收不利的问题,进行了铜优先浮选工艺研究。试验结果表 明:在磨矿细度-0.074 mm75%,捕收剂LP-01 用量35 g/t,组合抑制剂ZnSO4+Na2SO3用量600 g/t,矿 浆pH值为8.0 时,经3 次精选后获得了铜品位14.69%、铜回收率31.83%的铜精矿,全流程闭路试验 可获得铜品位8.02%、铜回收率40.86%的铜铅精矿,提高了铜回收率,实现了铜的综合高效回收。

Abstract: In order to improve the comprehensive utilization rate of copper-zinc-lead-silver-sulfur polymetallic ore in Maweishan, the copper preferential flotation process was studied in view of the problems that the size of useful minerals in the ore is uneven and the monomer dissociation is different, which leads to the unfavorable recovery of mineral processing. The test results show that when the grinding fineness is -0.074 mm 75%, the dosage of collector LP-01 is 35 g/t, the dosage of combined inhibitor ZnSO4+Na2SO3 is 600 g/t, and the pulp pH value is 8.0, the copper concentrate with copper grade of 14.69% and copper re⁃ covery of 31.83% is obtained after three times of cleaning. The copper-lead concentrate with copper grade of 8.02% and copper recovery of 40.86% can be obtained in the whole process closed-circuit test, which improves the copper recovery and realizes the comprehensive and efficient recovery of copper.
