白象山选矿厂磁铁矿选别工艺优化试验

摘要: 马钢姑山矿白象山选矿厂为降低尾矿品位,提高金属回收率,开展了30~0 mm原矿 粗粒干式抛尾及细粒级磁铁矿高效磁选试验研究。试验结果表明:对30~0 mm 原矿用磁滑轮1 次磁选或1 粗1 扫干选,当2 种流程抛废量接近时,相较于1 次磁选,1 粗1 扫流程中抛出的尾矿铁 品位低0.33 个百分点,磁性铁含量低0.26 个百分点,1 粗1 扫抛废效果明显优于1 次磁选;一段高效 磁选与弱磁选相比,高效磁选精矿铁矿品位提高0.71 个百分点,磁性铁品位提高1.00 个百分点,磁 性铁回收率提高0.70 个百分点,尾矿中磁性铁品位降低1.60 个百分点;二段高效磁选与弱磁选相 比,高效磁选精矿铁矿品位提高1.10 个百分点、磁性铁回收率提高0.11 个百分点,尾矿中磁性铁含 量降低0.85 个百分点;高效磁选的选别指标明显优于普通磁选机。

Abstract: In order to reduce the grade of tailings and improve the metal recovery rate,Baixiangshan Concentrator of Masteel Gushan Mine carried out the research on 30~0 mm raw ore by dry discarding and high-efficiency magnetic separation on fine-grained magnetite. The test results show that for 30~0 mm raw ore with magnetic pulley one magnetic separation or one roughing one scavenging dry separation,when the discarding rate of the two processes are close to each other,compared with one magnetic separation,the iron grade of tailings thrown out by one roughing one scavenging process is 0.33 percentage points lower, and the magnetic iron content is 0.26 percentage points lower. The effect of one roughing one scavenging waste is obviously better than that of one magnetic separation. Compared with low-intensity magnetic sepa⁃ ration,the grade of high-efficiency magnetic separation concentrate increased by 0.71 percentage points, the grade of magnetic iron increased by one percentage point,the recovery rate of magnetic iron increased by 0.70 percentage points,and the grade of magnetic iron in tailings decreased by 1.60 percentage points. Compared with the low-intensity magnetic separation,the iron grade of the two high-efficiency magnetic separation concentrate increased by 1.10 percentage points,the magnetic iron recovery rate increased by 0.11 percentage points,and the magnetic iron content in the tailings decreased by 0.85 percentage points. The separation index of high efficiency magnetic separation is obviously better than that of ordinary magnet⁃ ic separator.
