齐大山选矿厂混合磁选精矿反浮选影响因素分析

摘要: 为了提高齐大山选矿厂的经济效益,针对混合磁选精矿反浮选过程中浮选尾矿品位 偏高的问题进行了浮选工艺流程考查,并对浮选机结构、给矿性质、操作条件和生产管理等因素对 浮选过程的影响进行了研究。研究结果表明:浮选机的大型化有利于降低成本和提高自动化水 平,浮选机充气量、液位和药剂制度等工作参数,给矿浓度、给矿粒度等给矿性质参数及日常生产 管理均会显著影响浮选效果;得到了今后混合磁选精矿反浮选过程中各影响因素的调控方向,明 确提出浮选槽液位智能控制、浮选精矿品位智能感知技术和浮选药剂加入量智能控制等自动化技 术在实际应用方面仍需加强推广。

Abstract: In order to improve the economic benefits of Qidashan Concentrator,the flotation process was investigated to solve the problem of high grade of flotation tailings in the reverse flotation process of mixed magnetic concentrate. The effects of flotation machine structure,ore feeding properties,operating conditions and production management on the flotation process were studied. The research results show that the large-scale flotation machine is conducive to reducing costs and improving the level of automation. The working parameters of flotation machine,such as air volume,liquid level and reagent system,ore feeding property parameters,such as feed concentration,feed particle size and daily production management,will all significantly affect the flotation effect. The control direction of each influencing factor in the reverse flo⁃ tation process of mixed magnetic separation concentrate in the future is obtained. It is clearly proposed that automation technologies such as intelligent control of flotation tank liquid level,intelligent perception tech⁃ nology of flotation concentrate grade and intelligent control of flotation reagent addition still need to be strengthened and promoted in practical application.
