某氧硫混合铅锌矿选矿试验研究

摘要: 为高效回收四川某难选氧化铅锌矿,针对氧硫混合铅锌矿高泥、高氧化率、氧化铁矿 物严重浸染铅锌矿物、性脆易于泥化的白云石和方解石含量高等问题,在原矿铅含量3.18%、锌含 量5.49%、铅氧化率38.36%、锌氧化率73.95%的条件下,采用先选硫化、氧化铅矿物,再选硫化锌矿 物,最后再选氧化锌矿物的工艺流程,得到了铅精矿铅品位45.36%、铅回收率85.33%,锌精矿锌总 品位40.42%、锌精矿总回收率86.28%的良好选矿指标。

Abstract: In order to efficiently recover a refractory lead-zinc oxide ore from Sichuan,aiming at the problems of high mud content,high oxidation rate,iron oxide mineral seriously impregnated with leadzinc ore,brittle dolomite and high calcite content,under the conditions of lead content of 3.18%,zinc con⁃ tent of 5.49%,lead oxidation rate of 38.36% and zinc oxidation rate of 73.95%,the technological process of first selecting sulfide and oxide lead minerals,then selecting zinc sulfide minerals and finally selecting zinc oxide minerals was adopted. Good beneficiation indexes of lead concentrate with lead grade of 45.36% and lead recovery rate of 85.33%,zinc concentrate with total zinc grade of 40.42% and total recovery rate of 86.28% were obtained.
