摘要: 为科学识别矿山提升运输系统限制性影响因素,开展针对性系统优化。以某铅锌矿 山为研究背景,结合矿山生产实际,应用专家会议法分析并构建了多层次的提升系统影响因素指 标体系。在此基础上,首次将决策实验和评价实验室法引入到提升运输系统限制性关键因素识别 中,通过建立直接影响矩阵和综合影响矩阵,计算各指标因素的影响度、被影响度、中心度和原因 度,并根据计算结果绘制了因果关系图。研究表明,多级提升效率低、机械化程度低、中段运输效 率低和缺乏统一设计为该矿山提升运输系统限制性关键因素。最后,提出了提升运输系统优化措 施,获得了满意的应用效果。

Abstract: In order to scientifically identify the restrictive factors of mine hoisting transportation sys⁃ tem, targeted system optimization is carried out. Taking a lead-zinc mine as the research background, com⁃ bined with the actual production of the mine, the expert meeting method was used to analyze and construct a multi-level index system of influencing factors of the hoisting system. On this basis, the decision-making experiment and evaluation laboratory method are introduced into the identification of key restrictive factors of the lifting transportation system for the first time. By establishing the direct influence matrix and the com⁃ prehensive influence matrix, the influence degree, the affected degree, the centrality and the reason degree of each index factor are calculated, and the causality diagram is drawn according to the calculation results. The research shows that low efficiency of multi-level lifting, low degree of mechanization, low efficiency of middle transportation and lack of unified design are the key restrictive factors of the mine hoisting system. Finally, the optimization measures of transportation system are put forward, and satisfactory application re⁃ sults are obtained.
