摘要: 江西三和金业有限公司针对炭浸提金工艺过程中不可避免地产生高金粉炭,在对粉 炭产生原因进行系统分析的基础上,提出了降低炭损措施、优化粉炭收集及采用多段浸出措施。 生产实践表明,这些措施的落实降低了炭损,改善了粉炭回收效果,实现了粉炭中金的高效回收, 经济效益和社会效益显著,对采用炭浆工艺的黄金冶炼企业具有较强的借鉴意义。

Abstract: High gold powdered carbon is inevitably produced in the process of extracting gold with carbon leaching. Aiming at the problems,the measures of reducing carbon loss,optimizing powder carbon collection and adopting multi-stage leaching were put forward by Jiangxi Sanhe Gold Industry Co.,Ltd. based on sysmatically analyzing the cause of production of powdered carbon. The practice showed that the implementation of these measures reduces the carbon loss,improves the recovery effect of powdered car⁃ bon,and realizes the high-efficiency recovery of gold in powdered carbon,indicating remarkable econom⁃ ic and social benefits and providing a reference for gold smelting enterprises which adopting carbon slurry process.
