锡石捕收剂CS-6 在车河选矿厂的工业应用试验

Industrial Application Test of the Cassiterite Collector CS-6 in Chehe Dressing Plant

摘要: 大厂锡多金属矿车河选矿厂所处理的锡多金属矿石嵌布粒度正越来越细,流程中细 粒级金属量增加,因此,强化对细粒级锡矿物的浮选回收意义重大。为了提高细粒锡矿物的回收 率,首先进行了新旧2 种捕收剂的浮选效果对比试验,在此基础上又进行了工业应用试验。结果 表明,实验室试验以CS-6 为捕收剂的精矿锡品位为18.43%、锡回收率为88.58%,在精矿品位相当 的情况下,回收率显著高于以BY-9 为捕收剂情况下的80.94%;工业生产试验的CS-6 用量为171 g/t, 低于BY-9 的185 g/t,使用CS-6 的总锌精矿品位45.90%,高于使用BY-9 的45.35%,且回收率提高了 0.17 个百分点。细粒锡石浮选新型捕收剂CS-6 的使用,年创经济效益179.49 万元/a。因此,CS-6 浮选细粒锡石的效果显著优于BY-9。

Abstract: The dissemination granularity of tin polymetallic ore treated by Chehe Dressing Plant of Dachang Tin polymetallic Mine is getting finer,thus the metal amount of fine fraction in the process in⁃ creases. Therefore,strengthening the flotation recovery of tin minerals with fine particle is of great signifi⁃ cance. Firstly,comparative test on two kinds of new and old collectors were carried out. Based on it,indus⁃ trial application test was proceed. The results showed that the laboratory test with CS-6 as the collector,tin concentrate with grade of 18.43% and recovery rate of 88.58% was obtained. When the concentrate grade is the same,the recovery rate is significantly higher than 80.94% with BY-9 used as collector. The dosage of CS-6 in industrial production test was 171 g/t,which was lower than that of BY-9 (185 g/t). The grade of total zinc concentrate with CS-6 was 45.90%,which was higher than that with BY-9 (45.35%),and the re⁃ covery rate was increased by 0.17 percentage points. The usage of new collector CS-6 for fine particle cas⁃ siterite flotation has achieved an annual economic benefit of 1.794 9 million yuan per year. Therefore,CS- 6 is significantly better than BY-9 in the flotation of fine particle cassiterite.
