大断面煤巷快速掘进支护参数优化

摘要: 为进一步提高大断面矩形巷道掘锚一体机掘支效率,以榆横矿区巴拉素煤矿首采面 的2102 辅运顺槽为工程背景,通过现场调研及数值模拟分析锚杆间排距及锚索布置方式对巷道 围岩稳定的影响。结合掘锚一体机的支护特性,在原支护方案的基础上提出大断面煤巷快速掘进 的支护优化方案。试验表明,采用支护优化方案后,巷道围岩安全稳定,掘支效率提高20%。

Abstract: In order to further improve the efficiency of excavation-anchoring integrated machine for large section rectangular roadway, the 2102 auxiliary transportation crossheading of the first mining face coal mine in Yuheng mining area is taken as the engineering background. The influence of bolt spacing and anchor cable layout on the stability of roadway surrounding rock is analyzed by field investigation and nu⁃ merical simulation. Combined with the support characteristics of the integrated machine, the support optimi⁃ zation scheme of rapid excavation of large section coal roadway is proposed on the basis of the original sup⁃ port scheme. The test shows that after the support optimization scheme is adopted, the surrounding rock of the roadway is safe and stable, and the efficiency of excavation and support is increased by 20%.
