露天地下楔形过渡协同开采技术研究与分析

摘要: 对于进入开采末期的特大型深凹露天矿山,在由露天开采经转入地下开采时,会面 临产能接续困难和安全生产条件差等问题。利用露天与地下开采的工艺优势构建楔形过渡协同 开采模式,并对协同采准和诱导崩落首采区的技术要点进行梳理,在大孤山铁矿进行验证。结果 表明,楔形过渡协同开采技术能保持矿山产能稳定,对实现特大型铁矿山露天转地下开采安全稳 定发展效果显著。

Abstract: For large deep open-pit mines entering the end of mining,they will face problems such as difficult capacity continuation and poor safety production conditions when transferred from open-pit mining to underground mining. The wedge transition cooperative mining mode is constructed by using the techno⁃ logical advantages of open-pit and underground mining,and the technical points of cooperative mining and induced caving first mining area are sorted out and verified in Dagushan Iron Mine. The results show that the wedge transition collaborative mining technology can maintain the stability of mine production capaci⁃ ty,and has a significant effect on the safe and stable development of open-pit to underground mining in su⁃ per-large iron mines.
