摘要: 针对传统金属露天矿穿孔环节作业程序繁琐、工作强度大、效率低下等问题,设计露 天矿钻机数字化穿孔系统,形成了导航定位和信息管理与操作两大模块,并对各个模块进行具体 分析阐述,系统具备钻孔精准定位、孔深自动测量、岩层识别、自动布孔等多种功能,有效提升生产 效率,对露天矿智能化开采具有重要的借鉴作用。

关键词: 金属露天矿, 穿孔环节, 数字化穿孔系统

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of cumbersome operation procedures, high work intensity and low efficiency in the perforation link of traditional metal open-pit mine, the digital perforation system of openpit mine drilling rig is designed to form two modules of navigation positioning and information management and operation module. Each module is analyzed and described in detail. The system has many functions, such as accurate drilling positioning, automatic hole depth measurement, rock stratum identification, auto⁃ matic hole layout and so on, so as to effectively improve the production efficiency, which has an important reference for intelligent mining of open-pit mine.
