新型单段锤破在超大型砂石骨料矿山的应用研究

摘要: 为了满足新型单段锤破在平硐—溜井开拓系统中粗碎工艺设计要求,以安徽池州某 超大型石灰岩矿硐室内实现高效粗碎为例,针对该条件下粗碎设备需要满足破碎效率高、设备尺 寸小、含粉率可控等设备特性问题,进行了原矿粒度分析、工业级破碎工业试验及原矿累积处理量 超亿吨的生产实践应用研究。研究表明:新型单段锤破工业破碎-45 mm产品一次破碎成品率高、 破碎成本低、投资强度小,但粉矿含量稍偏高;新型单段锤破适用于抗压强度中等的建筑用砂石骨 料的粗碎。

Abstract: In order to meet the coarse crushing process design requirements of the new single-stage hammer crushing in the adit-pass development system,taking the realization of high-efficiency coarse crushing in a super-large limestone mine chamber in Chizhou,Anhui Province as an example,aiming at the characteristics of the coarse crushing equipment under this condition,such as high crushing efficiency, small equipment size and controllable powder content,the raw ore particle size analysis,industrial-scale crushing industrial test and production practice application research of raw ore cumulative processing ca⁃ pacity of more than 100 million tons were carried out. The research shows that the new single-stage ham⁃ mering industrial crushing -45 mm product has high primary crushing yield,low crushing cost and low in⁃ vestment intensity,but the silt content is slightly higher. The new single-stage hammering is suitable for the coarse crushing of construction sand aggregate with medium compressive strength.
