摘要： 铁山矿是一座露天转地下开采的铁矿山，设计采用的主要采矿方法是垂直深孔落矿的阶段矿房嗣后充填法，局部的薄矿体和被岩石侵入体分割的边角矿开采时会产生较高的岩石混入，经济上极不合理。针对-100 m水平以上边角矿，首先进行采矿方法初选，确定以上向分层充填采矿法开采；然后对各项结构参数进行试验，确定出最优开采方案。经实践表明，该方案取得了较好的效果，值得在同类型矿山推广。

Abstract: Tieshan Mine is an iron mine from open-pit to underground mining. The main mining method used in the design is the stage chamber subsequent filling method of vertical deep hole caving. The local thin ore body and the corner ore segmented by rock intrusion will produce high rock mixing，which is extremely unreasonable in economy. For the corner mine above-100 m level，the mining method is first se⁃ lected to determine the upward back cut-fill method. Then the structural parameters are tested to determine the optimal mining scheme. Practice shows that the scheme has achieved good results and is worth popular⁃ izing in the same type of mines.
