摘要: 缅甸莱比塘露天铜矿堆浸场采用汽车筑堆,施工中常出现矿石超径率超标不符合汽 车筑堆要求的问题。为了解决汽车筑堆各环节中的质量控制难题,对施工各流程特点进行全面分 析,提出了切合实际的质量控制措施。通过明确目标、分工负责、全员监督的模式,从多关口管控 超径矿石的问题发生。

Abstract: The heap leaching yard of the Laypitang Open-pit Copper Mine in Myanmar uses vehicles stacking. The problem of ore over-diameter ratio exceeding the standard and not meeting the quality re⁃ quirements of vehicle stacking often occurs during construction. In order to solve the quality control prob⁃ lems in each process of vehicle stacking,the characteristics of each construction process are comprehen⁃ sively analyzed,and practical quality control measures are proposed. Through a clear goal,division of re⁃ sponsibility,full supervision mode,the over-diameter ore problem is controled from multi-gate.
