露天矿山移动式炸药混装车云监控系统

摘要: 移动式炸药混装车作为离散的生产单元,广泛应用在露天矿爆破现场,但其本身属 于重大危险源设备,孤立于现有信息化监控体系之外,一直以来缺乏有效的安全监管手段。为提 高炸药混装车安全防护现状,通过研究车辆安全风险原理,从生产控制系统监控、视频监测、安全 操作监控等方面,对监控系统功能进行设计。通过基于改进的云监控系统架构的建立,将混装车 的数据与视频信息汇聚在边缘云,通过无线4G专网连接政务云,实现监控系统的云端数据存储与 运行配置。提出构建边缘云—政务云的云服务技术,引入了2 级监控预警技术。云监控系统的建 立,能够将炸药混装车纳入安全监管的范畴,对于日常作业监测预警、调度治理与风险分析具有重 要意义。

Abstract: As a discrete production unit,mobile emulsion explosive trucks are widely used in blast⁃ ing sites of open-pit mines,but they are major hazard source equipment,isolated from the existing infor⁃ mation monitoring system,and have always lacked effective safety supervision methods. In order to improve the current situation of safety protection of mobile emulsion explosive trucks,the functions of the monitor⁃ ing system are designed from the aspects of control system monitoring,video monitoring,and safety opera⁃ tion monitoring by studying the principle of vehicle safety risk. Based on the establishment of the improved cloud monitoring system architecture,the data and video information of emulsion explosive trucks are gath⁃ ered in the edge cloud,and the government affairs cloud is connected through the wireless 4G private net⁃ work to realize the cloud data storage and operation configuration of the monitoring system. The cloud ser⁃ vice technology of building edge cloud-government cloud is proposed,and the second-level monitoring and early warning technology is introduced. The establishment of the cloud monitoring system can bring ex⁃ plosives mixed trucks into the scope of safety supervision,which is of great significance for daily operation monitoring and early warning,scheduling management and risk analysis.
