某矿山铜锌硫综合回收试验研究

摘要: 某含铜、锌、硫磁铁矿,为了降低铜、硫精矿中的锌含量,针对原矿中锌含量高的问 题,根据矿石性质采用混合浮选、混合精矿再磨、优先选铜、锌硫分离的工艺流程综合回收磁选尾 矿中的铜、锌、硫。试验最终获得的铜精矿品位30.03%、铜回收率95.58%,锌精矿品位46.36%、锌 回收率70.27%,硫精矿品位45.80%、硫回收率94.12%,铜、硫精矿中的锌含量大幅降低,同时铜、 锌、硫均得到了有效回收。

Abstract: In order to reduce the zinc content in copper and sulfur concentrate of a magnetite contain⁃ ing copper,zinc and sulfur,aiming at the problem of high zinc content in raw ore,according to the ore properties,the process of mixed flotation,mixed concentrate regrinding,preferential separation of copper, zinc and sulfur separation process was used to comprehensively recover copper,zinc and sulfur in magnetic separation tailings. The final grade of copper concentrate was 30.03%,and the recovery rate of copper was 95.58%. The grade of zinc concentrate was 46.36%,and the recovery rate of zinc was 70.27%. The grade of sulfur concentrate was 45.80%,and the recovery rate of sulfur was 94.12%. The zinc content in copper and sulfur concentrates was significantly reduced,and copper,zinc and sulfur were effectively recovered.
