坦桑尼亚某鳞片石墨矿石浮选试验

Flotation Experiment of Flake Graphite Ore in Tanzania

摘要: 高品质大鳞片石墨具有较高的使用价值和经济价值,为防止石墨大鳞片的破碎,对 坦桑尼亚某鳞片石墨矿石采用阶段磨矿浮选—预先分目的工艺流程进行了试验研究。试验通过 筛分获得了+0.15 mm大鳞片石墨精矿,-0.15 mm石墨经过阶段再磨精选,得到了高碳细粒级石墨 精矿,闭路试验获得的大鳞片石墨固定碳品位为96.04%、回收率为55.84%,细粒级石墨固定碳品 位为95.43%、回收率为38.73%,精矿总回收率为94.57%。该工艺流程有效保护了石墨鳞片的完整 性,提高了大鳞片产率。

Abstract: High-quality large flake graphite has high application value and economic value. In order to prevent the fragmentation of large flake graphite,the stage grinding flotation-pre-separation process of a large flake graphite ore in Tanzania was studied. The +0.15 mm large flake graphite concentrate was ob⁃ tained by screening,and the high carbon fine-grained graphite concentrate was obtained by stage grinding and cleaning of -0.15 mm graphite. The fixed carbon grade of large flake graphite was 96.04% and the re⁃ covery rate was 55.84%. The fixed carbon grade of fine-grained graphite was 95.43% and the recovery rate was 38.73%. The total recovery rate of concentrate was 94.57%. The process effectively protects the integri⁃ ty of graphite flakes and improves the yield of large flakes.
