Abstract: The Bayan Obo super-large ferroniobium rare earth deposit also contains various elements and minerals such as fluorite, sulfur, phosphorus, potassium, scandium, and thorium. In order to better uti⁃ lize and develop it, the strip ore of East Orebodies of Bayan Obo Deposit was collected through field work, and the observation and identification of petroglyphology and the analysis of process mineralogy were car⁃ ried out. The study shows that the main minerals in the striped ore are fluorite, fluorocarbon cerium ore, monazite, hematite, dolomite, etc., the main oxides are CaO and MgO, the F content is 7.49%~28.95%, and the iron mineral content is high, reaching 79.80%；Rare earth minerals are mainly fluorocarbon cerium ore and monazite, and are evenly distributed in banded ores, with rare earth minerals as high as 9.28% and less than 0.1% in smaller content.
