FBG顶板离层仪在线监测系统的构建及应用

摘要: 针对目前顶板离层监测的效率低下、结果滞后、可靠性和准确性差等问题,根据光纤光栅传感原理,通过理论分析、实验室测试及现场试验的方法研制了一种新型高精度FBG顶板离层仪,并在此基础上构建了一种实时在线监测系统。顶板离层仪标定及性能测试结果表明,其具有良好的线性度和较高的灵敏度,线性拟合系数为0.998 3,灵敏度为1.6 pm/mm,可以监测最小约0.63 mm的离层变化。监测系统成功应用于沙曲矿14301轨道巷的顶板离层监测,应用结果表明:由该高精度FBG离层仪组成的顶板离层在线监测系统,具有测量精度高、稳定性好、信号传输距离远、能实现实时动态监测等优点,给巷道顶板离层的长期在线监测提供了一种行之有效的手段。

Abstract: Aiming at the existing problems of low efficiency,lagging monitoring results,poor reliability and accuracy in present roadway roof separation monitor,a new highprecision FBG separation indicator was designed through theoretical analysis,laboratory test and field test according to the fiber grating sensing principle.On this basis,a realtime online roof separation monitoring system was proposed.The calibration and performance test results of roof separator indicator suggested that it has good linearity sensitivity and high sensitivity.The linear fitting coefficient is 0.998 3 respectively.The sensitivity coefficient is 1.6 pm/mm.The minimum separation variation of about 0.63 mm can be monitored.The monitoring system was successfully applied to roof separation monitoring of the14301 # track roadway in Shaqu Coalmine.The monitoring results showed that the online roof separation monitoring system based on the highprecision FBG separation indicator has the advantages of high precision,good stability and longdistance signal transmission,which can achieve realtime dynamic monitoring and provides an effective method for longterm online monitoring of roadway roof separation.
