华恒矿业双大巷跨采技术及巷道加固支护效果分析

摘要: 针对华恒矿业有限公司矿井开采后期,常常存在跨采大巷情况,以61103外段工作面跨采-650 m水平西翼大巷和西翼总回风巷为例,分析了工作面超前支承压力在底板岩层传播规律,结合双大巷地质资料,提出了高强度锚索(锚杆)梁、压网联合支护、架设U形棚和工字钢棚支护的加固方案。通过巷道围岩变形监测结果,巷道加固增加了顶板支护强度,使巷道受力支撑点作用在两帮上,造成巷道两帮出现位移,且巷道围岩集中应力传播到巷道底板,出现底鼓现象,巷道加固支护方式、支护参数合理。

Abstract: In view of the situation of crossmining roadway in Huaheng Mining Co.,Ltd.in the later period of mining,taking the west wing roadway and the west wing total return airway of 61103 outer working face as examples,the propagation law of the advance support pressure in the floor rock stratum is analyzed.Combining with the geological data of double roadways,the highstrength anchor cable (anchor bolt) beam and pressure net are put forward.Reinforcement scheme of combined support,Ushaped shed and steel shed support.According to the monitoring results of deformation of surrounding rock of roadway,roadway reinforcement increases the strength of roof support,makes the supporting points of roadway force act on the two sides,resulting in the displacement of the two sides of roadway,and the concentrated stress of surrounding rock of roadway propagates to the floor of roadway,resulting in floor heave phenomenon,and the roadway reinforcement support mode and support parameters are reasonable.
