摘要: 为实现安全、高效关闭矿井,卧龙湖煤矿借鉴前期去产能矿井关井退出经验,创新安全高效关井不闭坑新模式,实施关井不闭坑瓦斯抽采利用技术。该矿关井后不闭坑,保持井下通风、排水、瓦斯抽放及瓦斯电厂的运行,进行瓦斯抽放再利用发电,实现自备电厂发电量与井下通风、排水、瓦斯抽放等耗电量自给自足、绿色循环可持续发展,未来再根据去产能政策情况,对卧龙湖煤矿剩余煤炭资源进行开采。在设备处置、瓦斯治理、资源储备、后期开采、人员安置等方面优点突出,技术上可行,经济上合理,安全风险可控,有利于资源综合利用和煤炭资源储备,将产生显著的经济和社会效益。

Abstract: in order to achieve safe and efficient mine closure,wolong lake coal mine learned from the previous experience of shutting off the productive mine,innovated a new mode of safe and efficient shut-in and implemented the technology of gas extraction and utilization.The mine pit after shut-in,keep the underground ventilation,drainage,gas drainage and the operation of the gas power plant,gas drainage feature vector to generate power,realizes the self-provided power plant capacity and the underground ventilation,drainage,gas drainage,power consumption self-sufficiency,green recycling and sustainable development in the future according to capacity policy situation,for the remainder of wolong lake coal mine exploitation of coal resources.It has outstanding advantages in equipment disposal,gas management,resource reserve,late mining and personnel placement.It is technically feasible,economically reasonable and has controllable safety risks.It is conducive to comprehensive utilization of resources and coal resource reserve and will produce significant economic and social benefits.
