某矿铁精矿品位与粒度自动控制系统研究

摘要: 某矿铁精矿品位和粒度一直是人工操作,指标调整存在滞后和准确性差、稳定率低等问题。结合下道工序球团厂提出铁精矿品位稳定率90%、精矿粒度稳定率95%的目标,开展了精矿品位和精矿粒度自动调整研究,建立了以淘洗磁选机与精矿品位、高频振网筛与精矿粒度、一二段磨矿流程量匹配等3个自动控制系统。试验结果表明,应用自动控制系统后精矿品位稳定率由人工操作时的77.36%提高到92.74%,提高了15.38个百分点;精矿粒度稳定率由83.15%提高到96.83%,提高了13.68个百分点,达到了预期目标,满足了球团厂原料需求。

Abstract: The grade and particle size of an iron ore are always operated manually.There are some problems in index adjustment,such as lag,poor accuracy and low stability.Combined with the next process pelletizing plant put forward the goal of 90% grade stability of iron concentrate and 95% particle size stability of concentrate,carried out the research on automatic adjustment of concentrate grade and particle size,and established three automatic control systems matching the grade of concentrate with the washing magnetic separator,the grade of concentrate with the high frequency vibrating screen,and the size of concentrate with the first and second section flow.The test results show that the grade stability of concentrate increases from 77.36% to 92.74% after manual operation by 15.38 percentage points.The stability rate of concentrate particle size increased from 83.15% to 96.83%,which increased by 13.68 percentage points,Achieved the expected target,met the pelletizing plant raw material demand.
