某海底铜硫矿石可选性试验研究

摘要: 某海底铜硫矿石含铜9.80%、含硫44.24%,为确定该类型矿石铜硫回收的适宜工艺条件及药剂制度开展了选矿试验研究。最终闭路试验获得的铜精矿含铜21.42%、铜回收率为8842%,硫精矿含硫51.41%、含铜0.718%、硫回收率为56.67%。该工艺流程及药剂制度合理,选矿指标稳定,为该矿石资源的铜硫综合回收提供了依据。

Abstract: In order to determine the suitable technological conditions and reagent system,an experimental study on a submarine ore with 9.80% Cu and 44.24% S was conducted.The final closedcircuit test results showed that the copper concentrate contained 21.42% copper,the copper recovery rate was 8842%,the sulfur concentrate contained 5141% sulfur,0.718% copper,and the sulfur recovery rate was 5667%.The technological process and reagent system are reasonable,and the ore processing index is stable,which provides a research result with wide application for comprehensive recovery of copper and sulfur resources for this type of ore.
