破碎煤体的无机化学材料FSS注浆加固方法

摘要: 为解决巷道煤体破碎造成的工作面失稳问题,采用无机化学材料FSS对煤体进行注浆加固试验。结果表明,FSS与煤岩体粘合后抗压抗剪强度较高、浆液渗透性好,能很好地渗入煤岩层的裂隙中,注浆钻孔间距为1.5 m时,能够达到良好的充填加固效果。1501工作面破碎煤体通过FSS加固,大幅提高煤体整体性与稳定性,降低了工作面发生冒顶事故的可能性,保证了现场工作人员的生命安全。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of instability of working face caused by coal body breakage in roadway,the author used inorganic chemical material FSS to carry out grouting reinforcement experiment on coal body.The results show that FSS has high compressive and shear strength and good grout permeability after bonding with coal and rock mass.It can penetrate into the cracks of coal and rock strata very well.When the spacing of grouting holes is 1.5 m,it can achieve good filling and reinforcing effect.The crushed coal in 1501 working face is strengthened by FSS,which greatly improves the integrity and stability of coal body,reduces the possibility of roof fall accident in working face and guarantees the safety of workers on site.
