Under the background of the national policy of continuously advancing environmental protection and ecological civilization construction,the supply pressure of sandstone aggregate and environmental pressure in traditional sandstone mines are growing,which provides a rare opportunity for the highefficient and comprehensive utilization of waste rock in noncoal solid resources mines.The sandstone aggregate processed by nearore surrounding rocks and the sandstone produced from ore dressing process are available building materials for the markets in Maanshan area,and perfomance better in sales situation.The drydiscarding tailings of fine crushing products from magnetic pulley in Masteel Gaocun ore are good raw materials for the production of building materials.Therefore,scientific determination of MFe grade of drydiscarding waste rock is conducive to the improvement of enterprise economic benefits,the realization of solidwaste resourse efficient utilization and the development goal of building green mines.On the basis of the concept of critical grade in dry discarding process,the relationship between drydiscarding MFe grade with economic benefit and social benefit maximization is demonstrated based on experiment and production practice.The researches suggest that: ① traditional notion which emphasises on loss rate of magnetic iron has not adapted to the new situation.Systematic tests,and economic and environmental benefits analysis should be carried out to determine the drydiscarding critical MFe grade,and the corresponding drydiscarding yield.② The drydiscarding yield of about 10% determined on site is slightly low.When the drydiscarding yield increased from 9.14% to 14.02%,the MFe grade of new lowgrade interlocked increased to 2.87%,bringing about the annual economic benefits of 10.344 milions in the current market conditions.③ Based on the current market conditions and two drydiscarding tests,the critical MFe grade is predicted to be about 4% and the corresponding drydiscarding yield is about 15.5%.The MFe grade of total tailings in drydiscarding operation is about 1.95%,and the MFe loss rate could reach about 2.5%.

In the largescale transformation of medium and fine crushing equipment in Nanfen Concentrator,it is planned to improve the grinding grade and reducing cost by dry magnetic preseparation.According to the medium crushing and oversize products test results of dry magnetic preseparation and the economic indexes of the concentrator,the results of analyzing economic benefit showed the reasonable grade of magnetic separation.The results show that the critical magnetic iron grade defined in this study is about 3%,which means the increament of dry discarding magnetic iron grade should lower than 3% in theory.The magnetic iron grade 0.94% can be used as the reference index of dry magnetic preseparation waste.The waste disposal grade is not fixed,it should be controlled flexibly according to the mining situation.When the stope has sufficient supply and crushing capacity can pass smoothly,the profit margin and total profit of the concentrator can be improved by dry magnetic preseparation discarding more poor conjunctions.In order to determine the waste grade accurately,the test of dry magnetic preseparation should control the waste yield span and improve the test precision,as "small step slow walk".With the condition that mining enterprises generally attach importance to economic and environmental benefits,concentrator should advocate the concept of economic benefits.The waste throwing behavior should be standardized,and the irrational waste throwing behavior should be eliminated.

The La Yesca Agpolymetallic deposit is located in the Cordillera fold belt of the CircumPacific metallogenic belt.It is distributed in the intersection of the southern part of the west madre volcanic belt and the southern part of the western volcanic belt in central Mexico.The depost is located in the northern part of CuPbZnAuAg metallogenic belt of massive sulfide type in Mexico,the oreforming geological conditions are favorable.In order to find out the resource potential and oreforming regularity of the Agpolymetallic deposit in this area,we have carried out 1∶25 000 stream sediment survey,1∶10 000 geological survey,1∶2 000 geological survey,trough exploration,drilling and so on.The results show that：①Neogene Tm formation is the main orebearing layer,and the deposits are closely related to the concentric tangential faults and fault zones at the caldera structural margin;②Industrial type of the deposit is the AgMnPbZn type.The metallogenic elements of the deposit are distributed in zones.The deep part is the PbZnAg deposit with a small amount of manganese;③A total of twentyseven mineralized alteration zones (ore zones) and thirtythree ore bodies are circled in the mining area.The average grade of silver is 243.18×10-6,and the amount of silver metal is 4416 tons;④La Yesca Ag polymetallic deposit is a largescale altered rock type lowtemperature hydrothermal AgMn polymetallic deposit.Based on the above discussion results,the metallogenic regularity of Agpolymetallic ore areas was summarized,and the prospecting directions in the future was analyzed.

The Sangmuchang anticline in northern Guizhou is located at the intersection of the Bijie arcshaped fold belt and the Chishui craton basin in the northern uplift of the Upper Yangtze block,which belongs to the favorable leadzinc deposit metallogenic zone.The orebearing horizons of leadzinc deposits in the area mainly include the Sinian Dengying Formation,Cambrian Qingxudong Formation,Gaotai Formation,and Shilengshui Formation.Ore bodies are mostly produced in the anticline core and controlled by faults or fissures.Through comprehensive research on formation lithology characteristics,surface mineralization characteristics,volumecontrolling ore structure characteristics,geochemical anomaly characteristics,geophysical anomaly characteristics,etc.,the project is selected to be verified in favorable areas of mineralization,which can provide idelas for the next adeep prospecting work in Sangmuchang anticline leadzinc deposit.

The mining area is located in La Yesca,Nayarit,Mexico.The exploration results show that it is a large altered rock type low temperature hydrothermal silvermanganese polymetallic deposit.The composition,structure,structure,alteration features and the occurrence state of beneficial elements are analyzed.The results show that the main useful elements are manganese,silver,lead,zinc and copper and so on,the metallic minerals that make up the ore are mainly pyrolusite,chalcophanite,hausmannite,coronadite,limonite,etc..The beneficial composition of the ore is Ag,followed by Mn,Pb,Zn and a small amount of Cu,Au,the average ore grade of the deposit is Ag 24318 g/t,Pb 051%,Zn 115%,Mn 983%,Cu 020%,Au 018 g/t.Industrial ores are mainly massive metallic sulfide and veinsimpregnated ores,and contain a small amount of silver manganese lead zinc,manganese lead zinc and lead zinc metal sulfide.

The first middle section of Zhangzhuang Iron Mine is about to end.The horizontal thickness of ore body of -390 m new middle section increases,and the height of the mining stage changes from 60 m to 85 m.In order to ensure the safe stope mining step by step in the highstage stope and ensure the production capacity of the mine,the orebody thickness is divided into two kinds of stope layout according to the recommended safe stope length of 140 m,and the isolated ore pillar is divided into two forms: discontinuous and uninterrupted.The stress variation trend of isolated ore pillar in two forms and six groups of size schemes is analyzed by using the finite element method of 3Dσsimulation calculation.The results show that when the orebody thickness is 100~140 m,10~12 m wide intermittent isolation pillar can be adopted;When the thickness of ore body is more than 140 m,continuous isolated pillar with width of 18~20 m is adopted.The above results provide a theoretical basis for safe and efficient stope mining.

In order to improve the problem that the slope of Jianshan Phosphate Mine cannot achieve ideal effect due to the complicated natural fractures and geological stratification in slope cutting and unloading blasting,according to the stratification characteristics of phosphate rock slope,combining the advantages of presplit blasting and smooth blasting,the natural crack between rock strata is used as prefracture to carry out controlled blasting of slope,and the vibration reduction blasting technology near the slope is put forward.Two rows of buffer holes and one row of main blasting holes are arranged near the permanent slope near the mining platform.Taking the natural cracks are as precracks,the buffer holes are charged in sections according to 1/3 proportion,and 1.5 m inert filling is filled in the middle; the main blasting hole adopts continuous charging and hole by hole initiation technique.Since more than half a year of implementation,the slope surface after cutting is smooth and level,and the safety of the slope is ensured.Compared with the conventional presplitting blasting,the cost of nearly 2 million yuan perforation blasting and the cost of later crushing is saved.It not only speeds up the slope cutting unloading speed,but also reduces the disturbance to the slope and delays the change rate of the slope,which effectively guarantees the continuous mining and rock shoveling under the slope in the eastern mining area,and can provide reference for similar engineering construction.

Largescale underground mining mine has the characteristics of large amount of infrastructure construction,tight construction period and many construction levels,so the common lifting system cannot meet the requirements of efficient construction.In order to solve this problem,taking Macheng Iron Mine No.1 air return well development system as an example,the main factors affecting the lifting capacity are analyzed,the shaft temporary lift system is optimized by adopting the method of scheme comparison and introducing measure to pass well,a set of high section measure chute+double skip+cage mixed lifting system is proposed,which has the ability of multilevel and high efficiency lifting.Besides that,the construction technology,labor organization and time limit arrangement of lifting system equipment selection,temporary rewinding and measures for well passing are discussed.The results show that after 2 years of practice,the new scheme has realized horizontal parallel construction of -240,-480 and -540 m,and the monthly lifting capacity reaches more than 10,000 m3,which is help for shortening the construction period and speeding up the construction speed,besides that,it also has certain reference significance for similar lifting engineering.

Racked rock exists in a large number of practical projects,and the permeability of rock fracture changes with the size,However,there are many factors affecting the seepage size effect,and the control mechanism is not clear.In this experiment,radial flow is used as the research model to carry out seepage test on artificial single fracture,at the same time,using the visibility of polymethyl methacrylate,observe the fluid flow in the fracture,so as to further analyze the influence of different roughness on the permeability of single fracture.The results show that there is a size effect on the permeability of rock fractures in radial seepage of single fracture,the permeability increases with the increase of fracture size,and the greater the roughness,the slower the permeability increases with the size.

The ore properties of different ore bodies in the open pit of Sijiaying iron mine are quite different,and the same ore body has more changes along strike and vertical direction.Number IV ore body is located between N14 and N18 lines,with ore reserves accounting for about 12% of the total ore reserves in the open pit.The ore has the worst beneficiability,which will affect the technical and economic indicators of beneficiation when the ore distribution ratio is large.In order to better guide the ore supply,distribution and beneficiation production,systematically studied the occurrence,chemical composition,mineral composition,imbedding characteristics and grindability of ore body IV.The results show that: the average geological grade of ore body IV is 25.97%,and the average ferrous iron content is 3.53%.At the south end of the ore body,there are some magnetic ores distributed,and the magnetic rate of the ore increases gradually from shallow to deep.The distribution of the ore inlaid particle size is uneven,especially the oxidation degree of the shallow part is deep and the weathering is serious.The ore is easy to be muddy in the grinding process,and the grindability and washability is poor.From the shallow part to the deep part,the grindability and washability of the iron ore is obviously improved.

In order to determine the conditions of magnetization roasting for recovery of lead,zinc and iron from Xingang blast furnace dust,the magnetization roasting temperature,time,quantity of anthracite and the materials thickness were tested and the test parameters determined by the conditions were further combined and optimized.The results show that the recoveries of lead and zinc were over 86% and 93% respectively,the iron grade of magnetite concentrate was over 63%,the total content of lead and zinc were less than 0.4% and the recovery rate of iron was over 81% when the roasting temperature was 1 120 ℃ and the time was 3.5 h,the amount of anthracite was 25%,the thickness of material layer was 35 mm,which met the requirements of the China national 863 project.

A ZnSn polymetallic zinc sulfide ore,Zn,Sn,Fe,S content are 6.04%,1.05%,29.33%,19.08%.Zinc mainly exists in the form of marmatite,sphalerite,tin mainly exists in the form of cassiterite.Iron mainly exists in the form of pyrite,pyrrhotite,etc,which closely related to metal mineral symbiosis,parcel phenomenon common to each other.In order not to affect the subsequent tin separation,the flotation process of zinc was studied.The results showed that: when the fineness of ore is -0.074 mm accounts for 80%,the process of predesulfurization and ZnS floatation reseparation was adopted,and copper sulfate was selected as zinc mineral activator,butyl xanthate as collector,pinol oil as foaming agent,and lime as pyrite inhibitor.After one stage desulfurization,two roughing one scavenging ZnS mixed floatation,one roughing two scavenging ZnS separation,and ZnS separation tailings and ZnS mixed flotation scavenging concentrate,and separation of zinc and sulfur after 2 times of selection.Finally,the grade of Zn in zinc concentrate was 47.06% and the recovery rate was 90.76%.The test index is good.

Graphite resource is a kind of valuable nonrenewable resource with a wide range of uses,in order to achieve highefficiency and lowconsumption development and utilization of graphite resources,the research and application of grinding and floating process of large scale graphite,fine scale graphite and microcrystalline graphite are summarized,and it also introduced the research and application of collector,frother and regulator(including depressant,pH regulator,dispersant and flocculant),finally the development trend of graphite flotation technology is prospected.

The CaF2 grade of a quartz type fluorite is 44.38%.In order to develop and utilize the resource efficiently,research on the mineral processing technology was carried out.The results show that:under the conditions of grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 54%,oleic acid dosage of 1.5 kg/t,sodium carbonate of 600 g/t,sodium silicate of 400 g/t,flotation temperature of 30 ℃,stirring and pulp mixing time of 7 min,the closedcircuit flotation process of one roughing,five lceaning and one scavenging finally,highquality fluorite concentrate with CaF2 grade of 97.15% and recovery of 90.36% can be obtained.

In order to make comprehensive use of the downhole wastewater,Hunan Chenzhou Mining Co.Ltd conducted an experimental study on the application of downhole wastewater in the goldantimonytungsten symbiotic ore dressing.The results show that downhole wastewater has no effect on goldantimony mixed flotation,but it has a great effect on wolframite flotation at room temperature.When the amount of sodium hydroxide is increased by 253 g/t and the sodium silicate is increased from 494 g/t to 933 g/t in roughing,the downhole wastewater can meet the requirements of scheelite flotation at room temperature.The recovery rate of gold,antimony and tungsten and the main technical and economic indexes of the dressing plant were not affected after the downhole wastewater was used in the dressing plant.After the transformation,effectively solved the problem of water shortage in dry season.

Large mining vehicles are the main means of transport in open pit mines at present,and their operation cost accounts for nearly 70% of the production cost of the whole mine,especially after open pit mining,with the increasing of mining depth and the lengthening of transportation distance,the transportation cost increases year by year,which causes the overall economic benefit of mine operation to decline year by year.In order to solve this problem,on the one hand,mining enterprises can adopt belt conveyor replacing motor transport technical measures to solve the problem of rising costs from the technical level of,on the other hand,which can build equipment daily operation process management system from the management level and the cost control system to enhance the equipment efficiency and reduce equipment failure rate,so as to benefit from the management.Gaocun Iron Mine implements the management mode of manandmachine,supplemented by the daily cost analysis of vehicles and the wholelife tracking control of spare parts for large mining vehicles,the operation cost of mine automobile is reduced by means of management.The unit cost decreased by 15.34%,the upstream and downstream efficiency of the whole production process increased from 75% to 82.74%,and the efficiency increased by 7.74%.Nearly 8 million yuan per year is saved of the mine.Through the practice and exploration of one year,not only the operation management system of mine cars is improved,but also the predetermined target of benefits from management is achieved,which can be used for reference and reference for daily production cost management of similar mines.

Aiming at the characteristics of upstream wet discharge tailings reservoir inflow tailings fine particle size,high concentration,not easy to separate,in order to realize safe stockpiling of tailings,ore drawing is carried out by grading and partitioning,after grading the coarse and fine tailings,the coarse and fine tailings should be drawn in front of the dam first,and the fine and fine tailings should be discharged in the upstream reservoir.Through the implementation of the cyclone classification and subarea drawing damming test in Nanjing Meishan Shanjing tailings pond,the reservoir tailings were classified under the pressure of 01 MPa by FX250 hydraulic cyclone,and the sediment mass concentration is diluted to less than 35% and discharged before the dam.The sampling test shows that +0.075 mm tailings account for about 90% in the range of 20 m in front of the dam,and the coarse particle content in the range of 40 m in front of the dam increases significantly.By constructing a pond ridge in the dam front area where the coarse tailings are deposited,the high safe zone can be formed when the coarse tailings are concentrated in the minimum dry beach length;the overflow is collected and piped to the upstream reservoir for discharge.The test results show that the upstream tailings classification and regional discharge process can solve the problems of insufficient flood control and low stability of high concentration tailings in front of the dam by hydraulic alluviation.The tailing stockpiling process has been successfully applied in Nanjing Meishan Shanjing tailing pond,which not only solves the potential safety hidden trouble existing in the early operation of tailing pond,but also saves the operation cost.

In order to study the influence of natural wind pressure on the ventilation system of Beiminghe Iron Mine, the natural wind pressure between the intake and return air shafts in winter and summer is calculated by theoretical analysis and 3D ventilation network solution software simulation,and the calculated results are analyzed and predicted.The results show that the direction of the natural wind pressure between the inlet shaft and the east air shaft in winter and summer is opposite,the natural wind pressure in winter is beneficial to mine ventilation,while the natural wind pressure in summer is not conducive to mine ventilation.During the difficult ventilation period in summer,the operation frequency of the return air main fan is increased to 47 Hz,and the total air volume of the mine is up to 188 m3/s,which can meet the design requirements of the total air volume of the safe production of the mine,effectively improve the underground production efficiency,and have certain guiding significance for the engineering practice.
