Oreforming Regularity and Prospecting Direction of La Yesca Agpolymetallic Deposit in Nayarit,Mexico#br# Hou MeishengLu ShouqingHu DianboCao YugangWu Yunlei

Abstract: The La Yesca Agpolymetallic deposit is located in the Cordillera fold belt of the CircumPacific metallogenic belt.It is distributed in the intersection of the southern part of the west madre volcanic belt and the southern part of the western volcanic belt in central Mexico.The depost is located in the northern part of CuPbZnAuAg metallogenic belt of massive sulfide type in Mexico,the oreforming geological conditions are favorable.In order to find out the resource potential and oreforming regularity of the Agpolymetallic deposit in this area,we have carried out 1∶25 000 stream sediment survey,1∶10 000 geological survey,1∶2 000 geological survey,trough exploration,drilling and so on.The results show that:①Neogene Tm formation is the main orebearing layer,and the deposits are closely related to the concentric tangential faults and fault zones at the caldera structural margin;②Industrial type of the deposit is the AgMnPbZn type.The metallogenic elements of the deposit are distributed in zones.The deep part is the PbZnAg deposit with a small amount of manganese;③A total of twentyseven mineralized alteration zones (ore zones) and thirtythree ore bodies are circled in the mining area.The average grade of silver is 243.18×10-6,and the amount of silver metal is 4416 tons;④La Yesca Ag polymetallic deposit is a largescale altered rock type lowtemperature hydrothermal AgMn polymetallic deposit.Based on the above discussion results,the metallogenic regularity of Agpolymetallic ore areas was summarized,and the prospecting directions in the future was analyzed.
