Abstract: Largescale underground mining mine has the characteristics of large amount of infrastructure construction,tight construction period and many construction levels,so the common lifting system cannot meet the requirements of efficient construction.In order to solve this problem,taking Macheng Iron Mine No.1 air return well development system as an example,the main factors affecting the lifting capacity are analyzed,the shaft temporary lift system is optimized by adopting the method of scheme comparison and introducing measure to pass well,a set of high section measure chute+double skip+cage mixed lifting system is proposed,which has the ability of multilevel and high efficiency lifting.Besides that,the construction technology,labor organization and time limit arrangement of lifting system equipment selection,temporary rewinding and measures for well passing are discussed.The results show that after 2 years of practice,the new scheme has realized horizontal parallel construction of -240,-480 and -540 m,and the monthly lifting capacity reaches more than 10,000 m3,which is help for shortening the construction period and speeding up the construction speed,besides that,it also has certain reference significance for similar lifting engineering.
