Combining with current situation and demanding of mineral resouces in China, urgent problems existing in development and utilization of mineral resources in China are analyzed, from the point of view of mining industry globalization, development strategy of mineral resources in China should bases on “two kinds of resources” and “two markets” of international and domestic is proposed, greatly develop “recycling economy” in domestic and strongly implement strategy of “step out, hold array position, pay attention to effectiveness” on international, necessity of develop strategy is pointed out, deepen development direction of “step out” strategy, and system planning and reasonable construction done from country and enterprise level, positively develop multiterm “hold array position-pay attention to effectiveness” guarantee measures like“country establishment development strategy and secruity system of international resources” and “enterprise positively participate in risk exploration overseas,deepen 'engineering exchange resources'mode, develop internationalized talent team foundation,improve Transnational management level, increasing mining industry technology innovation and application” and so on.

No.2 mining area of Jinchuan is a polymetallic intergrowth Large pit-mining mountain, with mining depth declined gradually, 1 150 m depth of middle part descending,entered into deep bottom column recovery phase. A series of unsafe factors existed and phenomenon like overhigh stress concentration and energy accumulation appeared of bottom column, possibility of sudden overall disaster then instability caused existing in bottom column recovery process, made the difficulty of stoping increase. Through PFC2D numerical simulation software, movement and loss situation of top-coal were simulated and analyzed, and according to corresponding relations of recovery rate of top-coal and percentage of refuse content to confirm reasonable drawing interval, the study indicated, under the condition of thickness of top coal were 14,16,18 m and mining height was 4.5 m, reasonable drawing interval were 1.6,1.6,3.2 m, recovery rate of top coal reached to 85.2%、83.6%、83.4% separately, percentage of refuse content also in allowed band, with the increase of thickness of top coal, drawing interval should reasonable increased to raise recovery rate of top coal.

A mixed copper ore in Yunnan owns a high oxidation rate of up to 47.06%, and the copper minerals are embedded in super fine grain size, and closely associated with gangue minerals, which resulting in difficulty to be classified and separated. The technical conditions for flotation of the ore are explored. The results show that with the activation of sodium sulfide, copper concentrate with Cu grade of 23.03% and Cu recovery of 54.65% was gained by adopting the closed-circuit process of grinding-three roughings-regrinding of rough concentrate-two cleanings.

Study of technical condition of flotation technology was done on a gold-bearing polymetallic sulphide ore in Gansu Province, the test results indicated, prior lead and gold beneficiation by adopted once roughing twice regrade three times scavenging and middling ore sequence return process, lead concentrate with grade and recovery rate of lead was 40.86% and 93.13% , gold-bearing 35.51 g/t and recovery rate of gold 36.74% was obtained finally, and gold concentrate with grade and operation recovery rate of gold 8.94 g/t and 93.48% was obtained too, general recovery rate of gold was 95.88%.

Based on existing morphology characteristics of manganese mineral in a low grade manganese ore, technology condition study of reduction roasting-directly acid leaching was done. The results indicated: suitable reduction roasting technologcial conditions: mass ratio of bituminous coal and sample 10%,calcination temperature 700 ℃,calcination time 60 min; suitable leaching condition: liquid-solid ratio 3∶1, sulfate amount 200 mL/kg, stirring speed 250 r/min, leaching time 30 min, finally leaching rate of manganese reached to 92.41%.

To increase the adaptability of air dense medium fluidized bed with different external moisture selected coal, surface hydrophobic modification of magnetite powder is a effective way. Influence of surface modification to fluidization characteristics of magnetite powder was studied, the results indicated, surface modification increased the minimum fluidization velocity of magnetite powder, but no apparent influence to distribution of pressure drop; density of bed was more uniform and stable compared with before modification, in favor of formation of fluidized state with high quality; as gradually increase of external moisture of selected coal, had influence to fluidization characteristics of magnetite powder of both unmodified and modified, surface modification made the external moisture limit of selected coal increased from 2% to 4%, and still keep good fluidized state when moisture content 4%.Using modified magnetite powder as medium solid, formed fluidized bed had good separating properties, result of screening test showed, possible deviations E value was all 0.075 when external moisture of selected coal was 3% and density of separation was 1.55 g/cm3 or 1.82 g/cm

Through deep analysis of kinds of affect factors on rock burst hazard happened on deep rock mass engineering, minimal cut set which caused rock burst hazard founded out by using fault tree analysis method, and structure importance was analyzed. The result shows, rock burst hazard is base on high ground stress and in full hard and brittle rocks, happening of rock burst hazard affected by multifactor and had susceptibility. On the research basis of current mechanism of rockburst, through enhance construction safe sense plays a leading role on control of happening of rock burst hazard. Research result provides the basis for further improve the prevention and control measures of rock burst hazard.
