Research and Application of Process Parameters and Filling System for Sharply Inclined Phosphate Rock Mining and Filling

Abstract: In response to the problems such as significant safety hazards,high geological disaster risks and difficulties in efficient resource utilization faced in the process of sharply inclined phosphate rock mining,research and application of filling systems in phosphate rock mining have been carried out. First‐ ly,based on the production scale of this phosphate mine,the average daily filling volume and the annual filling capacity are calculated to provide key data support for the subsequent filling system design. In terms of the preparation process of the filling slurry,phosphogypsum was selected as the filling aggregate. The processing flow of the filling material was detailedly planned. According to the crushing and screening of waste rock,the storage and transportation of cement,and the material ratio,the qualified slurry was mixed in the mixer and then transported to the mining site. At the same time,a filling system covering three parts of crushing and screening of filling aggregates,batching and stirring of filling materials,and conveying of filling materials was constructed. The results show that the average filling volume of the mine is 626.3 m³/d and the filling capacity is 206 700 m³/a. In the application of the filling system,the ZBG80/8 type filling industrial pump and other equipment were reasonably selected. Through meticulous system con‐ trol and complete pressure reduction,pressure monitoring and exhaust facility settings,the safety and stabil‐ ity of the filling operation were ensured. This filling scheme has achieved remarkable results in practical ap‐ plications and can comprehensively assist in the efficient and safe mining of mines.
