In view of a series of problems caused by the main lubricating oil pollution of cone crusher in a concentrator of Anhui Province,the transformation scheme and implementation are introduced on the basis of analyzing the causes. Optimizing the positive pressure dustproof system,selecting the off-line fil⁃ ter,strengthening the maintenance site management and daily maintenance management,and setting the alarm system for the positive pressure fan and the off-line filter can reduce the unplanned shutdown time of the cone crusher by 40 h/a,increase the production by 46 800 t/a,save shell 150# lubricating oil 284 400 yuan/a,the main lubricating filter element and the main lubricating oil pump and other costs 1082 000 yuan/ a. The good operation state of the cone crusher increases the working pressure from 4.0 MPa to 4.4 MPa,in⁃ creases the proportion of qualified particle size product,reduces the circulating load,and reduces the opera⁃ tion rate of the crusher by 3.4 percentage points. The effect of cost decreasing and benefit increasing is re⁃ markable. The decrease of equipment failure rate and the shortening of unplanned maintenance time reduce the labor intensity of workers. The implementation of the anti-fouling measures for the main lubricating oil of the cone crusher on site has a significant effect on capacity expansion,production increase,quality improve⁃ ment and efficiency increase,and has the value of popularization and application.
