Abstract: In order to separate the residual carbon and ash in the coal gasification fine slag, the flota⁃ tion test of collector dosage with lauric acid and kerosene as compound reagent was carried out aiming at the problems that there are a large number of oxygen-containing functional groups and pores on the surface of coal gasification fine slag and the traditional hydrocarbon collector is difficult to recover the residual car⁃ bon. The experimental results show that the addition of a small amount of kerosene into lauric acid as col⁃ lector can improve the concentrate yield and combustible recovery rate, and reduce the burning loss of tail⁃ ings. When the dosage of compound reagent is increased to 16 kg/t,the burning loss of tailings is reduced to less than 8%,and the combustible recovery is more than 90%. The addition of lauric acid can increase the dispersion of kerosene in water, thereby increasing the contact area between residual carbon particles and collector droplets. The synergistic effect of lauric acid and collector droplets can improve the hydropho⁃ bicity and floatability of residual carbon particles. The contact angle test results verify the relationship be⁃ tween concentrate yield and floatability when using different collectors for flotation tests. The pore structure parameters and calorific value of flotation products were analyzed by BET test and calorific value test, which provided theoretical support for product reuse.
