Transformation Design and Practice of Dust Reoval System of Screening Tower in Taochong Dolomite Mine

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of standard discharge of dust in Taochong Mine of Masteel Mining,the dust removal system of screening tower has been reformed. The results showed that the two dust removal systems which are set newly decrease the pipe network layout,reduce the difficulty of management and maintenance,thus achieve the effect of economic and efficient operation. When the dust collectors with air quantity of 101 000 m3/h and 70 000 m3/h were applied,the total dust concentration of the site position reduced to 0.9 mg/m3,and the new fold filter cylinder can reduce the exhaust pipe emission concentration to 4.6 mg/m3 and 5.5 mg/m3,which meets the standard requirements of air pollutant emission concentration of the exhaust pipe of the dust removal system. The new fold filter cylinder is suitable for high viscosity dust,which better solves the problems of high viscosity dust paste bag and excessive dust concen⁃ tration in dolomite mine.
