Abstract: In order to solve the homogenization of powder in the silo during the production of under⁃ ground filling cementitious materials and prevent sticking and arch breaking, the plate homogenization de⁃ vice was studied for the problems of insufficient homogenization, easy clogging, and laborious replacement of nozzles. The plate homogenizing device realizes the improvement from point homogenizing to surface ho⁃ mogenizing, effectively eliminates the defects of nozzle homogenizing device, and obtains a homogenizing device of homogenizing plate. It has been verified that the plate homogenizing device has a long service life, a large homogenizing area，is not easy to be blocked，the maintenance times and costs are significantly re⁃ duced, and has excellent performance, which is worthy of promotion and application.
