Application of Static Leveling in Monitoring and Early Warning of Building Deformation in Mining Area

Abstract: Coal mining will affect the stability of the buildings above it. Deformation monitoring is an important technical means to ensure the safety of buildings. In view of the difficult problem that the geomet⁃ ric leveling is labor intensive and difficult to realize real-time deformation early warning,taking the defor⁃ mation monitoring of the coal bunker above the working face of Yunhe Coal Mine as an example,the static leveling automatic measurement method is adopted,the static level is installed on the coal bunker,and the settlement of the monitoring points is automatically collected remotely. The results show that static leveling can realize automatic and real-time monitoring of building settlement and inclination,greatly improve the technical level of building deformation monitoring and early warning,and effectively ensure the safe opera⁃ tion of buildings in mining areas.
