Abstract: In order to solve the problem of process modification of the existing production process，in view of the change of ore nature of Anqian iron ore，test study was carried out with all-magnetic beneficia⁃ tion process including wet pre-selection，ball mill coarse separation and tower mill selection with Anqian magnetite as the feed ore. The results showed that the iron concentrate with the grade of 69.87% and recov⁃ ery rate of 76.72% could be obtained when the raw ore with TFe grade of 29.70% was treated by the pro⁃ cess. The study is of great practical value to improve the beneficiation efficiency and reduce the production cost of Anqian Mining Company，and is also of strategic importance to improve the utilization rate of iron ore resources in China.
