Abstract: In order to efficiently utilize the huge amount of complex and difficult-to-treat mixed copper-cobalt sulfide-oxygen ore in Central Afica copper-cobalt metallogenic belt，aiming at the problem of the decrease of mixed flotation recovery rate caused by the violent fluctuation of oxidation rate，the traditional beneficiation process configuration of flotation sulfide ore and oxide ore was innovated. By using flotation machine to replace the original stirring tank + slurry pipeline optimization adjustment and other measures， the total flotation volume is adjusted accordingly based on the change of ore oxidation rate，so as to adjust the flotation time necessary for flotation sulfide ore and oxidized ore，so as to ensure the stable high recovery rate of copper and cobalt.
