Abstract: After the technical transformation of the primary ore grinding system in Sijiaying Iron Mine,the system productivity is greatly increased.Affected by the subsequent sorting ability,the grade of the three magnetic concentrates fluctuates greatly,and finally affects the stability of the concentrate index.In order to balance the processing capacity of the system,the local anion reverse flotation process is adopted,but the cost is high.In order to reduce the production cost of reverse flotation process system,according to the application status of cationic collector in China,GE609 and S1 were selected for laboratory comparison test and GE609 industrial test.Industrial tests have shown that,under the condition of GE609 dosage 160.46 g/t,the better indexes of concentrate grade 68.67%,tailings grade 21.44% and metal recovery rate 94.60% were obtained.Compared with the anion reverse flotation process,the cationic reverse flotation only needs to add one kind of reagent,with high operability,and obvious advantages.
