Abstract: Firstly,similarity principle of the orebody and criterion of the similar orebody are introduced in detail.Then,the main points of the standard mining method designing are summarized. Finally,the method and procedure of the standard mining method designing by the application of similarity principle are illustrated through an example of the design.It is concluded that the research results in this paper can provided reference for the metal mine high stage design and construction design.
