Abstract: Situations of domestic pilot, international experience, theoretic discussion and important function of electronic market of mining right are mainly described, development trend of electronic market of mining right in China is analyzed, countermeasures and suggestions are proposed on building and perfecting training mechanism of electronic market of mining right.
