Abstract: Safety disposal and daily monitoring of high slope dump are a important part in mine management and directly relate to secure and orderly production of open-pit mining, so it's very important to establishing and perfecting the management system of safety production of dump.Dabaoshan 757 dump had characteristics like steep,high,dangerous, wet and slippery and so on, scientific monitoring and analysis were done aim at the main factors (subsidence,displacement,crack and other hypurgia)which influence the safety of dump, overall planning arrangement was done on operation management process. So the safety of construction of dump could assured, benign pattern of substep dumping realized. Provided valuable reference for similar projects in the future.
