Abstract: Analysis was done on ore composition, texture and structure, embedding feature and single liberation degree of main minerals of a polymetallic sulphide ore abroad. The results indicates, the mineral belongs to a complex and refractory polymetallic sulphide ore, useful minerals are mainly sphalerite, chalcopyrite and pyrite, gangue minerals are mainly quartz and so on, content of useful minerals is high, disseminated grain size is fine, encapsulated with each other and is difficult to separate, suitable fine grinding degree needs beneficiability tests to confirm.
Key words: High sulphur sulphide ore, Sphalerite, Chalcopyrite, Pyrite, Disseminated grain size
