Abstract: φ20 m×20 m large stirred tanks are required transport to west Australia integrally. Single bottom plate of trough body is liable deformed and causes the destroy of tank during slinging. To solve the above mention problem, multiplexed bottom which composed of H-profile welded at lower part of tank bottom could enhances the stiffness of bottom and reduces its deformation, meanwhile multiplexed bottom structure reduces the whole centre of gravity of tank greatly, and makes it more stable in ocean shipping process.
