Abstract: In view of various factors affecting the flotation index of the copper-nickel sulfide ore, and with a concrete example, such issues are elaborated as the reasons for difficulty to separate the copper-nickel sulfide mine, the flotation performance of copper-nickel ore by flotation reagent, the main flotation process of copper and nickel, the impact of magnesia on the flotation, and the effect of the dressing equipment on recovery indicators of copper and nickel.
