Research and Application on the Blasting Vibration Law and Zone Control of Explosive Quantity of Heshangqiao Iron Mine

Abstract: To analyze the impact of Heshangqiao Iron Mine on the surrounding environment,avoid the hazards caused by daily production to the surrounding houses and buildings within the mine area,and reduce the harmful effects of blasting vibrations. For several quarters,vibration velocity of blasting parti⁃ cles was monitored at Heshangqiao Iron Mine,and the monitoring data were analyzed using the linear re⁃ gression analysis method. The formula for the attenuation law of blasting vibrations of Heshangqiao Iron Mine was summarized and can be used for safety verification in the design stage of mine blasting,which has certain reference significance. Finally,based on the relationship between industrial buildings in the mine area and the distance from the blasting center,combined with the daily production blasting parame⁃ ters of the mine and the safety allowable vibration speed of industrial buildings stipulated in the regula⁃ tions,the allowable amount of explosives for different distances was calculated inversely,achieving the control of blasting charges in different areas of the blasting zone. This is of significant theoretical guiding significance and remarkable practical application value for the essential safety level of the mine's blasting operations,preventing damage to adjacent buildings and structures,reducing civil disputes caused by blasting vibrations,and ensuring the continuity and sustainability of production.
