Abstract: In order to investigate the feasibility of processing super iron concentrate by ordinary iron concentrate with total iron grade of 68.60% and SiO2 content of 4.45% produced by a mine，the beneficia⁃ tion test was carried out. The results show that the super iron concentrate with yield of 41.65%，total iron grade of 72.20%，total iron recovery of 43.90% and SiO2 content of 0.093%，and the high quality iron con⁃ centrate with yield of 53.28%，total iron grade of 71.31%，iron recovery of 55.47% and SiO2 content of 0.793% can be obtained by grinding-low intensity magnetic separation-demagnetization-elution-demagne⁃ tization-reverse flotation process. The research results provide a reference for subsequent research and de⁃ sign.
