Abstract: In order to improve the separation efficiency of pegmatite spodumene with Li2O grade of 1.52% in Xinjiang，a new dual-energy XRT intelligent pre-concentration machine was used for pre-concen⁃ tration test. The results show that under the conditions of feeding size 20~40 mm，feeding speed 60 kg/h，ex⁃ citation voltage 155 kV，excitation current 2 mA，after the intelligent picking experiment，the good indexes of Li2O grade of 1.96% and recovery rate of 95.70% can be obtained. This study shows that the dual-energy XRT intelligent picking technology can improve the efficiency of resource utilization，reduce the emission of wastes，and reduce the impact on the environment.
