Abstract: Suyukou phosphate mine in Ningxia usually first flotation fine mineral powder，then processing with sulfuric acid to produce superphosphate，this method has high energy consumption and environmental pollution problems.In order to continue the green development of Suyukou phosphate rock resources in Helanshan in the future，referring to the experimental research results in the field of phosphate fertilizer， the technical ideas for the green development of Suyukou phosphate rock were discussed and studied. The research results show that the processing process can be simplified in the ore utilization process，and the silicon calcium phosphate fertilizer or ultrafine activated phosphate powder fertilizer can be directly manufactured. Thus，developing and utilizing the Suyukou phosphate rock resources in Helanshan in a green，energy saving and environmental protection way can be realized.
