Abstract: In order to better practice the concept of green and low-carbon development of China Baowu Group，Anhui Masteel Zhangzhuang Mine Concentrator has carried out research on energy saving and consumption reduction optimization of the scattered screening system. Aiming at how to reduce the energy consumption of the production process，an experimental study on the use of chute feeding instead of cylinder disperser under current conditions was carried out. The research results show that after using the chute to replace the original wet cylinder disperser，the screening efficiency is still in a stable state as a whole. After changing the feeding mode of the linear vibrating screen，it has no effect on the subsequent screening process. The concept of efficiency and green development has been implemented，and the results carbon emission reduction and economic benefits are remarkable.
