Abstract: In order to solve a series of problems such as the increase of water consumption in water system,the excessive load of concentrated large wells and the overflow of concentrated large wells caused by intelligent construction,the optimization and improvement of mineral processing water system were carried out in Zhangzhuang Mine of Masteel Mining Industry. By optimizing the process pipeline to strengthen the internal recycling and introducing the overflow water of the concentrated large well into the adjacent supplement point in advance,the overflow water phenomenon of the concentrated large well is solved,the liquid level of the concentrated large well is stabilized,and the subsequent process index is not affected. The optimization effect and economic benefit are remarkable.
